at the County Campus Building, a six-story, 120,000 square foot building that houses both the Baltimore County Public Library and the Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC). Overlooking the public plaza at the heart of Metro Centre at Owings Mills, the Learning Center is located just off the Northwest Expressway (I-795) and is connected to an eight-level parking garage for quick, easy access.

Located on the first two levels of the County Campus Building, the Baltimore County Public Library is the 19th and largest branch within the Baltimore County library system. It consists of 40,000 SF and is an ideal spot for people of all ages to study, work, read, and connect.

community college of baltimore county (CCBC)

Located on floors four through six of the County Campus Building, the Community College of Baltimore County has relocated from its former Extension Center on Painters Mill Road. This new spot enables CCBC to serve a greater network of students in the Baltimore area. With an abundance of new resources, this CCBC campus allows college students the flexibility to complete their degrees, high school students to enroll in college-level courses, and the ability to expand enrollment past its current 7,000 credit and noncredit students.
